Two teens are hospitalized with life-threatening wounds after two other teens and an adult woman attacked them with brass knuckles and a hammer Friday night in Thousand Oaks.The victims, teen boys aged 14 and 16, were attacked in the block of Brossard Drive just before 9 p.m., the Ventura County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.Both sustained "severe head injuries" and were airlifted to a nearby hospital, where they remain as of Tuesday, officials said. Eleven people, including two children, were displaced following a fire that engulfed a home in Santa Ana Tuesday morning. Crews arrived just after 3 a.m. to find a home in the 300 block of East Walnut Street heavily engulfed in flames, the Orange County Fire Authority posted on Instagram. According to a new survey, Americans are dreading what their favorite holiday foods and drinks will do to their gut. 71-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Crash near Marigold AvenueCHICO, CA (December 12, 2023) – Stephen Wilson died early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash at the 1500 block of East Avenue.The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m., near Marigold Avenue.According to surveillance footage, law enforcement determined that a pedestrian entered the vehicle’s path, leading to a collision.
